Product Description

Epoxy glass fiber grid cloth is made of electrician no-alikalfiberglass yarn compiled into various specifications of the meshcloth, after heat drying dehydration, then dipped in the uniquemixture of epoxy resin, the temperature drops of glue, hot dryingcuring

Application Tips
  • Cut the mesh cloth to the required size and wrap it around the workpiece. If necessary, the seams can be stitched.
  • The thickness of the mesh cloth should be selected according to the casting clearance, and the mesh size should be as small as possible without affecting the construction process.
  • When used for casting filling or reinforcement, compatibility tests and confirmation with the casting resin should be carried out first. It is recommended for use with epoxy casting systems.
  • In cases with sharp bends, to avoid glass fibers breaking due to bending, B-stage resin mesh cloth can be used. However, the curing temperature of the casting resin must not be lower than the curing temperature of the B-stage resin.
