2740 F GRADE FIBERGLASS SLEEVING COATED WITH ACRYLIC RESIN IS MANUFACTURED WITH NON-ALKALI FIBERGLASS BRAIDED SLEEVING AND COATED WITH A LAYER OF MODIFIED ACRYLIC RESIN AND THEN THERMOSETTED TO FROM F GRADE INSULATING SLEEVING.IT POSSESSES RELIABLE HEAT RESISTANCE,GOOD QUALITIES OF DIELECTRIC,FAIR SOFTNESS AND ELASTICITY,FLAME RESISTANCE,IT CAN BE USED FOR WIRING INSULATION AND AS MECHANIC PROTECTION FOR MOTORS ,ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENTS ,WIRELESS SETS AND DOMESTIC ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.

Resistance to Soldering heat		Pass (only for sleeving haveing nominal bore Diameter up to and including 5mm)
Insulation Resistance At room temp		10³MΩ
Flame propagation		Method A, 60s mas in addition ,the indicator flag on any one of the three test specimens shall not be burned nor shall flaming or glowing particles or flaming draps ignite the cotton
Oil resistance		The coating should not crack or appear detached after the sleeving has been dipped in transformer oil for 24h at a temperature of 105±2℃,but the colour of the sleeving is allowed to grow darker.
Benzene resistance		The coating should not be sticky or show delamination when the sleeving has been kept in methylbenzene at a normal temperature for 4hours
Thermal endurance,temperature index at 20000hours		155℃
