cloth in the middle.

0.13mm, 0.15mm, 0.18mm, 0.20mm ,0.25mm ,0.30mm ,0.33mm, 0.35mm, 0.38mm, 0.40mm, 0.45mm 0.50mm .width:914mm

 

 

Features:

1.It is bonded by H class adhesive, two layers of Polyimide film on both sides and one layer of alkali-free fiberglass cloth in the middle.
2.It is with excellet dielectric properties, mechanical strength, tearing strength and long time thermostability at low or high temperature.
3.Be used as slot insulation, liner insulation, interlayer insulation of motor, transformer or other electrical appliances.
4.Insulation Class: H Class (180℃)
5.Appearance: Smooth, beautiful, shining.

 

Application Remarks

MGM composite flexible  is mainly used as a slot liner,slot closure, phase-to-phase and turn-to-turn insulation in low or medium voltage electrical motors of Class F (155℃) or Class H (180℃) insulation system ,in addition, its also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances

 

Package :

hgh fiberglass laminated sheet ,usually we will be packed by three-layer, the first layer is a plastic film, the second layer is a carton plus a packing tape, and the third layer is wrapped with a plastic film. This will prevent the goods from getting wet and rubbed during transportation and ensure that the product arrives at your destination in good condition.
