6632 Grade B Electrical Insulating Material DM Motor Transformer Insulation Paper
Temperature Rating: Up to 130°C
Available Thickness: 0.10-0.4mm
Material Composition
DM composite material consists of polyester film, polyester fiber non-woven fabric, and heat-resistant epoxy resin or polyester adhesive.
Manufacturing Process
Formed through hot-press composite technology, ensuring bubble-free construction, no delamination, and smooth surfaces ideal for automated production processes.
Applications and Uses
Motor Insulation
  • Slot insulation / inter-turn insulation: Suitable for Y series, J02 series motors, and generators
  • Automated compatibility: Compatible with automatic offline processes
