Product Overview
Diamond Dotted insulation paper is a specialized insulation material coated with modified epoxy resin. It is widely used for inter-layer insulation and turn insulation in oil-immersed power transformers. During application, the coated layer melts under specific temperatures during coil drying, creating adhesion effects. As temperature increases, it solidifies, bonding adjacent coil layers into a fixed unit.

Performance Benefits
The adhesive strength of epoxy resin is strong enough to prevent displacement of coil layers in case of short-circuit, ensuring long-term mechanical and electrical performance of the insulation structure.
Solidification Conditions
First, temperature rises to 125±5ºC after maintaining 90±5ºC for three hours. The product then completely solidifies after maintaining for six hours.
