6020 Transparent Polyester film (PET) is a thin film material made from polyethylene terephthalate by extrusion and biaxial tension. Polyester film environmental protection film, PET film, latex white film and other printing and packaging consumables are widely used in FRP industry, building materials industry, printing industry, medicine and health.

 

Nature:

Usually, it is a colorless, transparent and glossy film (which can be added with additive particles to make it colorful), with excellent mechanical properties, high rigidity, hardness and toughness, puncture resistance, friction resistance, high and low temperature resistance, good chemical resistance, oil resistance, air tightness and aroma retention. It is one of the commonly used base materials of composite film, but its corona resistance is not good.

 

Purpose:

The price of polyester film is high, and its thickness is usually 0.012 mm. It is commonly used as the outer material of cooking and packaging, and its printability is good.

Characteristic and Application:

6020/6021 Polyester film is biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film.6020 is a transparent film. 6021 is a milky white film.

6020,6021 polyester film shows good dielectric properties, heat stability and high mechanical strength as well as size stability, transparency and air tightness. It is suitable for electrical insulation, such as slot insulation, interphase insulation and liner insulation in electric motor, wrapping insulation for coils and cables, as well as producing insulation flexible composite material.
